At AuraNest, we take pride in creating thoughtfully curated gift hampers and offering carefully selected products. Please read our return policy before placing your order.

Returns Eligibility

We only accept returns for items that are:

- Defective

- Damaged during transit

- Incorrect items received

To be eligible for a return:

- You must contact us within 2** days** of receiving your order.

- You must provide a clear unboxing video showing the package being opened from start to finish.

- The item(s) must be in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Product Disclaimer

AuraNest offers a range of carefully curated gift hampers and individual products, including handmade and imported items.

- Product colours and finishes may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, and the handmade nature of some products.

- Fresh or some items may occasionally be substituted with products of equal or greater value if unavailable.

Non-Returnable Items

 we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

- Change of mind

- Incorrect product selection

- Normal wear and tear

- Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or improper storage

- Perishable items, food products, chocolates, cosmetics, or personalised/custom-made products (unless received damaged or incorrect)

Return Process

To request a return:

1. Contact us via Instagram within 2 days of delivery.

2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and your unboxing video.

3. If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Refunds

- Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item received was faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Important Note

 Many Auranest products are handcrafted or carefully curated. Slight variations in colour, texture, or finish make each gift unique and are not considered defects.
